Adult Gymnastics is a structured session for adults (anyone over the age of 18) who want to return to Gymnastics or who just want to come along for a fun session.
The Freestyle session on a Tuesday incorporates some parkour style gymnastics. This class is open to anyone over 16+ years and who is in Y12 (or equivalent) or above. Please note that this session is not suitable for beginners.
We cater for all levels and abilities so it is fine to be a complete beginner (Wednesday class only). Our qualified coaches will be on hand to guide and teach you the moves and routines. You are welcome to join in with the structured session or work through your own progressions. The coaches can break the gymnastics skills down into progressions so each skill can be taught from a basic level all the way through to an advanced level. Please see our timetable below:
- Tuesday Adult (Freestyle) – 7:30-9:00pm – Not suitable for beginners
- Wednesday Adult – 7:30-9:00pm – This class is currently full until December 2026
These sessions are charged at £9.35 per session payable via a termly invoice or £10.10 if you wish to attend on a Pay As You Go basis. Bookings are non-refundable.
The session includes use of all apparatus including sprung Floor Area, Tumble Track, Beams, Bars, Vault, floor level Trampoline, Rings and Pommel in a safe and controlled environment. All participants must take part in the warm-up and stretches led by our qualified coaches who will be in attendance throughout the evening to help with technique, advice and support.
