Development and Elite
These squads are selected by experienced coaches following an initial trial. The gymnasts are chosen because they demonstrate natural physical requirements and have potential to train further. Once in the squad they will be following a training program designed to improve flexibility, strength and co-ordination. Regular attendance is very important for gymnasts in these squads.
Trials for these squads are by invitation only.
Children training in these squads will be invited to represent Cambridge Gymnastics Academy at competitions.
We run advanced recreational groups for both boys and girls, in which they compete in general gymnastics competitions within the region. We currently run a development and elite girls and boys pathway.
