A wonderful opportunity for non-members and current members to give gymnastics a try through the school holidays. We cater for school aged children from 5 to 15 years; all sessions are supervised and instructed by qualified coaches within a safe, fun environment. Within the sessions the children have an extended warm up, including icebreakers and games. Groups will rotate around pieces of apparatus including floor, inflatable tumble track, beam, bars, trampoline and vault. We finish off with a cool down games. During their time with us, the children will cover all aspects of what would be required from them as a gymnast.
They will perform skills requiring strength, flexibility, balance, co-ordination & speed. Skills are adapted to the level and age of the gymnast. Children will need to bring a drink of water and a snack. The children wishing to stay all day will have a 1-hour lunch break from 12-1pm. They will need a full packed lunch and drink to keep them full of energy all day! Games and craft activities will be provided during the lunch break to keep everyone entertained! Attendees must be dressed in suitable clothing to do sport. No jeans, hoods, zips, jewellery and hair must be tied up.

Please note that bookings are non-refundable; however, you may swap your booking within the same school holiday period (subject to availability). A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to change dates. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, bookings cannot be refunded or amended.
